NET-A-PORTER.COM sells must-have luxury fashion from over 200 of the world's most coveted designers including ChloƩ, Stella McCartney, Miu Miu, Christian Louboutin and many more. To view a complete list of all our designers, click on the 'DESIGNERS' category.

As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

How to shop

  1. If you know what you are looking for, use the CLOTHING, BAGS, SHOES and ACCESSORIES links. You can also shop by browsing our MAGAZINE or alphabetically by designer.
  2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button underneath each item.
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' button to delete items from your shopping bag.
  4. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

First time orders

For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.

Sizing information

Sizing varies considerably amongst the designers we stock. So to help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page:

  1. A link to 'size conversion chart' to help you convert international sizes, as well as product measurements and a guide to using these;
  2. A 'size & fit ' section with further information on how the garment fits, and whether it runs true, small or large to size.

Packaging options

Signature Packaging

Your order will be delivered in our luxurious signature black boxes* which not only look fabulous, but make the perfect storage solution! Please note that New York orders are delivered in NET-A-PORTER carrier bags, unless the gift option has been selected.

Basic Packaging

If you would prefer not to receive our signature packaging, please select our 'basic packaging' option during checkout. Your items will instead be placed in a NET-A-PORTER dustbag and plain box, ensuring that they are still adequately protected during transit. **

Discreet Packaging

Psst...Your secret is safe with us! Your order will be delivered in an unbranded, recycled brown paper bag. Currently only available for New York Premier orders.

Sale orders

All sale orders will be shipped in basic packaging.

Shoes

Orders consisting solely of shoes will be delivered in the original designer packaging rather than a NET-A-PORTER black box.

*We are unfortunately only able to include one black box per order. If you are purchasing multiple gifts, please place a separate order for each recipient.

**Basic packaging is currently not available for New York Premier orders.

Gift orders

Complimentary gift wrapping

All gifts are delivered in our exquisite signature black boxes. Select the gift card option on the packaging page to notify us that your order is a gift and include an optional note.

Seasonal Sales

NET-A-PORTER offers seasonal sales twice a year. To be notified as soon as our sale starts and of further reductions, click here.

Sale packaging

All sale items will be delivered in basic packaging only, which does not include our signature black box.

Sale price adjustment policy

NET-A-PORTER is happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be credited to your NET-A-PORTER account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months.

We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

Your account

Although it's not essential to have an account to shop at NET-A-PORTER.COM, registering your details will allow you to:

  • Track your order and review past purchases
  • Build a personal wish list
  • Reserve items and join waiting lists
  • Shop without entering your address details
  • Manage your address book and email settings
