  • Our Products

      NET-A-PORTER.COM sells must-have luxury fashion from over 300 of the world's most coveted designers including Chloé, Stella McCartney, Miu Miu, Christian Louboutin and many more. To view a complete list of all our designers, click on the DESIGNERS category.

      As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

  • How To Shop
      1. Use the CLOTHING, BAGS, SHOES and ACCESSORIES links to help you find what you are looking for. You can also shop by browsing our MAGAZINE or alphabetically by designer.
      2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button underneath each item.
      3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to delete items from your shopping bag.
      4. Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.
  • First Time Orders

      For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

  • Sizing Information

      Sizing varies considerably amongst the designers we stock. So to help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page:

      1. A link to a 'size conversion chart' to help you convert international sizes, as well as product measurements and a guide to using these.
      2. A 'size & fit ' section with further information on how the garment fits, and whether it runs true, small or large to size.

  • Packaging Options

      We offer a number of options to suit our customer's needs

      Signature Packaging

      Your order will be wrapped in tissue and placed in one of our signature black boxes luxuriously finished with ribbon.

      Basic Packaging

      If you would to prefer a more subtle option simply select 'basic packaging' during checkout and your items will be shipped securely in a brown cardboard box.

      NET-A-PORTER Premier

      Orders will be delivered in our chic NET-A-PORTER black carrier bags. Alternatively, you can opt for 'discreet packaging' and your purchases will arrive in an unbranded recycled paper brown bag.

      Exclusive Wedding Packaging

      Whether you are ordering an outfit or shoes from our wedding boutique, your items will arrive wrapped in one of our exclusive white boxes.

      Gift Orders

      When placing your order, check the box under packaging options to include an optional gift message. Your gift purchase will arrive in a signature black box, tied with a NET-A-PORTER ribbon and will include a gift card if you have provided a message.

      Shoes

      Where an order consists solely of shoes, it will be delivered in the original designer shoe box and protected by a brown cardboard box as per basic packaging. To receive your shoes in a NET-A-PORTER black box, check the gift box under our packaging options.

      Beauty

      Your beauty items will be shipped in a sealed cushioned bag so they are protected during delivery.

      Sale orders

      All sale orders will be placed in a NET-A-PORTER dustbag and shipped in basic packaging.

  • Gift Orders

      Complimentary gift wrapping

      All gifts are delivered in our exquisite signature black boxes. Select the gift card option on the packaging page to notify us that your order is a gift and include an optional note.

  • Seasonal Sales

      NET-A-PORTER offers seasonal sales twice a year. To be notified as soon as our sale starts and of further reductions, click here.

      Sale packaging

      All sale items will be delivered in basic packaging only, which does not include our signature black box.

      Sale price adjustment policy

      NET-A-PORTER is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustments will be credited to your NET-A-PORTER account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months.

      We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

      Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your NET-A-PORTER account:

      • Track your orders and review past purchases
      • Request your return or exchange directly from your account
      • Build a customised Wish List to create personalized outfits that you can email to friends and family. Plus, you can also print your shopping lists for increased convenience
      • Add sold out items to your Wish List so you can see if more stock arrives
      • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
      • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences

      To create an account, simply click on SIGN IN and then REGISTER NOW to fill in your details.

      Forgotten password

      If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD instructions on the SIGN IN page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

  • Redeeming a Promotional Code

      From time to time we run offers using promotional codes. When placing your order, simply follow these three steps to redeem your discount.

      1. Type in the code in the promotional code box on the payment page and click 'SUBMIT'.
      2. Enter the words shown in the box for additional security, followed by 'SUBMIT'.
      3. Check that your discount has been applied under the order summary on the payment page and then click 'PURCHASE NOW'.
