This quirky clothing line is the brainchild of supermodel Helena Christensen and friend of 15 years Leif Sigersen. The label first launched in June 2006 in their trendy New York store Butik. A treasure trove of curiosities, Butik carries a selection of antique furniture, Scandinavian clothing, flowers, jewelry and now Christensen and Sigersen’s own clothing line. Influenced by their Danish upbringing, the line comprises of simple but luxurious cotton and knit basics – we especially love the cute shift dresses which are perfect for belting at the waist or layering.
