After seven years at Giorgio Armani, Graeme Black knows how to do luxury. Now head designer at Ferragamo, Black also finds time to design for his eponymous line - launched in September 2005. This label is a truly personal project; collections are inspired by his favorite artists, such as Bernard Leach and Michael Cardew, and use exquisite fluid fabrics and deep, delectable colors. The Scottish designer's passion for silk jersey, pleating and draping results in beautiful and ultra-sophisticated pieces that reveal a meticulous attention to detail.
