Having hitch-hiked to art college together for three years, Naja Munthe and Karen Simonsen are not just a great design team but great friends too. Munthe Plus Simonsen started as a trend spotting agency based in up-and-coming Copenhagen but the girls’ joint love of fashion soon gave birth to a cult clothing line; with their floaty silk tops, dresses and chunky knitwear modelled by the likes of Cindy Crawford and Helena Christiansen.
