2008 CFDA Swarovski Accessories Designer winner, Philip Crangi, describes his work as having "an aesthetic that is a contrast of material, color and mood". Having launched his label in 2001 - taking inspiration from diverse sources such as Greco-Roman, Baroque ironwork, Japanese armor and punk - the Manhattan-based fine jeweler has developed a reputation for creating modern day heirlooms. Seen on the runways of 3.1 Phillip Lim and Vera Wang, adorn yourself in bangles, earrings and pendants imbued with Crangi's directional edge.
