Singapore-born designer Prabal Gurung has quickly become the hot new name for eveningwear. A graduate of New York's famous Parsons School of Design, Gurung honed his talent for crafting directional yet feminine silhouettes at Cynthia Rowley and Bill Blass before striking out on his own in 2009.
