Preen began life as a bijoux boutique on London's Portobello Road in 1996 and is now one of Britain's hippest labels. Design duo Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi count Kate Moss among the many devotees of their desirable rock'n'roll-inspired collections. We love their contoured off-the-shoulder dresses in a contemporary palette of black, white and blush.
