all in the detail...
Ruffles are back! Appearing on FW12 runways at Gucci, Bottega Veneta and Lanvin, they're also big for spring, adding a layer of interest to extravagant gowns. Bring '70s bohemia to your wardrobe with a wide-brimmed fedora. The perfect companion to a masculine coat or a knit layered with a gilet, there's something about them that's just a little bit rock'n'roll.
the style debate...
In a season where the coat is king, it can be difficult to know which silhouette to invest in. Two of our favorites are the cocoon and the hourglass.
