Blondie ambition

Photographer Brian Aris first met Debbie Harry in 1977, just before her band Blondie went supernova. The results of their photographic partnership can be seen at a new exhibition, Blondie: Photographs by Brian Aris, at London's Proud Chelsea. Including previously unseen shots taken between 1977 and '88, the collection depicts Harry at the peak of her powers, all cheekbones and attitude.
