Ivory tulle above knee length dress with floral embroidery, a drop waist and cotton slip. Jill Stuart dress has short sleeves with lace ruffle edging, ruffle hem, lace panel around waist and two lace panels vertically across the body. Dress has a round neck and simply slips on over the head.
