To celebrate the launch of its new childrenswear line, 'Lanvin Petite', the iconic label has created a limited edition range of poplin dolls in collaboration with French charity Dessine L'Espoir. Each doll has been intricately handcrafted by women from Swaziland living with HIV, and funds raised by the charity are used to support these women and their families.
