To mark the launch of Lanvin's childrenswear line, 'Lanvin Petite', the label has collaborated with French charity Dessine L'Espoir to create four beautiful limited edition dolls. Each delicately embellished figurine has been handmade by women living with HIV, who are supported by the charity in Swaziland.
