  • Bright blue stretch cotton drill dress with a two-tiered bubble skirt. Preen Line dress has a V-neck with fold-over panels, thick shoulder straps at front , a low back with a self-tie strap to fasten and gold tone zip through the length of the back. 96% cotton, 4% elastane. Dry clean.
