Milly dress has a ruffled round neck, a keyhole at front with self-ties to fasten, frilled three-quarter length sleeves, tiered ruffles at skirt, a self-tie belt at waist, a demi-sheer top and simply slips on. 60% cotton, 40% silk; combo: 100% silk; lining: 100% silk.
