Black jersey maxi dress with a multicolored embroidered, coin-embellished bib section. T-Bags dress has a self-tie halterneck, a low scoop back, all-over draping, tassels that hang from bib, a split at hem on either side and simply slips on. 95% viscose, 5% Spandex. Dry clean.
