Black wool-blend tiered dress with contrast velvet ribbon detailing throughout. Anna Sui dress has a round neck, an A-line bodice with a zip fastening through back, full cuffed balloon sleeves, a flared skirt and is fully lined. 60% viscose, 40% virgin wool; combo 1: 20% wool, 45% polyester, 35% acrylic; lining: 100% acetate. Dry clean.
