Black and white wool-blend bouclé tweed skirt with felt band and grosgrain panels at hem. Luella skirt has gold-tone hooks and ruffle trim at hem, black grosgrain ribbon detailing on front, an exposed gold-tone zip fastening at back, two side pockets, an oversized bow-embellishment at back with a snap-closure fastening and is fully lined. 65% wool, 23% rayon, 12% polyester. Dry clean.
