Black velvet skirt with gold-tone chain and leather tassel-trimmed self-tie rope belt. Chloé skirt is gathered at the waist, has peaked pockets at either side, a concealed zip fastening at the side and is fully lined. 74% viscose, 14% cotton, 12% silk; lining: 100% silk; embroidery: 50% suede goatskin, 50% silk. Dry clean.
