Black and white silk and wool-blend dress with a pleated ruffled bodice. Tibi dress has a plunging V-neck, a tulip hem, covered button detail at front, a cutout back with central vertical panel, button fastenings at back of neck and is fully lined. Bodice: 100% silk; skirt: 95% wool, 5% Lycra; lining: 100% acetate. Dry clean.
