Marc Jacobs skirt has neon multicolored gem embellishments with gold paint detail at sides, a white rubberized weave, an intentionally frayed hem, a snap fastening and black grosgrain-paneled silver-tone zip at back with pink and black tasseled zip pull and is fully lined. 40% wool, 33% nylon, 10% cotton, 6% polyester, 5% polyurethane, 4% acrylic, 2% rayon. Dry clean.
