How do I purchase a subscription to PORTER magazine?
Simply visit http://portersubscription.com to subscribe to PORTER. Alternatively, you can place your order by telephone by calling +1 855 333 8627 from 8.30am-8pm EST, Monday to Friday.
If you are buying PORTER magazine as a gift, you can select this option when entering your billing and shipping address details online.
PORTER is available to buy as a single issue or via annual subscription from the Apple Newsstand and Google Play. You can subscribe using your mobile or tablet device.
Can I purchase a gift subscription to PORTER?
Simply select the gift option when purchasing a subscription. A virtual Gift Card will be emailed to the purchaser to share with the gift recipient.
How do I pay for my print subscription?

US Customers can also pay by check. Simply complete an order form found inside an issue of PORTER magazine purchased from all newsstands.

How do I access my digital edition of PORTER?
Once you have subscribed, you can view the magazine in 3 easy steps:
- Install the PORTER app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Tap 'Sign in' and enter your Subscriber Account Number and your surname or postcode/zip.
- Download the current issue and start reading and shopping from PORTER.

To receive your free gift, you must include the promotion code in the URL before entering your details online, or quote the code to Customer Care over the telephone when placing your subscription order. The offer is valid to new subscribers residing in the US & Canada only, while supplies last.
Please allow up to 28 working days to receive your gift, which will be sent separately to your first issue of PORTER. If you have gifted a subscription, the gift will be sent to the address you specified.

Single print issues can be bought directly from http://net-a-porter.com as well as bookstores, independent newsagents, supermarkets and convenience stores in more than 60 countries.
Digital editions are also available through the Apple Newsstand or Google Play. You can access all back issues if using an iPad and previous editions from Issue 12 onwards on your mobile device.
This is an extra measure we use for your security and is known as a Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart, or CAPTCHA, and lets us know that you are a person signing into your PORTER account to view or edit your subscription details. You will need to enter the words exactly as they appear into the box next to them to proceed.
Helpful hints: Make sure you use a space between each word if there is more than one word, and then click 'Sign In'. If you prefer, you can also hear the words spoken - simply click on the speaker symbol.
- On the first page, there are three columns. In the middle column, find the iTunes icon and click on it. Then select iTunes Store next (right hand side column).
- Next please click on Purchases, Billing and Redemption, then select Apple ID Account Billing.
- Skip question “Please Tell Us More”’ and select Your country, then hit the blue Continue button.
- On the last page under More Options, you will have four options to get to a Billing Specialist:

I have a print subscription. Does it include free access to the digital edition of PORTER?
Yes, you can activate your print subscription via our SUBSCRIBE area at the top of the home page. You will need to enter your Subscriber Account Number and your surname or postcode/zip.
I have a print subscription but I don’t know my Subscriber Account Number how do I find this?

What devices can I use to subscribe to PORTER magazine?
You can get an annual subscription to PORTER for the price noted within the app and access the magazine using tablet and mobile devices. You can also purchase a two-month subscription within our North America App. The digital edition is available on both iOS and Android.
Is PORTER available in other languages?
Whilst we distribute globally, PORTER is only available in English at this time.
Subscription via iTunes:
All subscription packages for PORTER automatically renew for the same additional periods of access and are charged to your iTunes account until you cancel. If you have activated a 30 DAY FREE TRIAL your iTunes account will be charged for the period of the subscription at the conclusion of your free month of access unless you cancel in the manner described below.
AUTOMATIC-RENEWAL: Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. To subscribe tap the SUBSCRIBE button below the issue or access the subscriptions options via our SUBSCRIBE tab at the top of the screen. iTunes will automatically charge your account at the same price stated about for each annual renewal period 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period and no refunds are provided by iTunes. Free access is only available to new subscribers.
Are back issues included in my subscription?
If you are activating a print subscription, you will gain digital access from the start of your subscription. If you are purchasing a digital subscription you will gain access to all back issues when using a tablet, and previous editions from Issue 12 onwards on your mobile device.
I am unable to download/access my issues using iOS.
Please go back to the FAQ’s opening page and tap “Restore Purchases” where you will be asked to enter your Apple ID. Make sure you are providing the Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.
Still having trouble?
To resolve this we suggest that you delete the app and re-download it from the app store with the same iTunes account ID you used to purchase the subscription.
How do I free up space if I am using an iPad or iPhone?
To free up space within the PORTER app, you will need to archive your issues. Hit the “Archive” button next to the “Read” button. Please note that this doesn’t mean you will need to repurchase this issue, you will be entitled to download it again for free at any time.
To view which apps are taking up space in general go to your Settings. Inside your Settings, under General >> Usage there will be a list out all of your apps and how much space they are taking up.

Why won’t my issue download?
We recommend using a stable Wi-Fi connection whenever you download an issue. Timing out for any reason might require you to start the download again. For best results, disable your Auto Lock function while downloading an issue to avoid going into “sleep” mode.
If I delete an issue, can I download it again for free later?
Yes, you can archive an issue and re-download it at any time. Also, you can restore any purchases.
How do I cancel my digital subscription if I am using an iPad or an iPhone?
If you purchased your digital subscription in the iTunes store, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each period unless you take action to cancel it. To do so, please follow these steps:
- From the home screen, select “Settings’, then ‘iTunes & App Store’ (For pre iOS 6 > ‘Store’).
- Tap on your ‘Apple ID’ on the top of the right-hand panel (you may need to scroll down on iOS 5 and below).
- Select ‘View Apple ID’
- Scroll down to and select ‘Manage’, under ‘Subscriptions’.
