Noir Kei Ninomiya's Fall '19 collection is filled with references to flowers - the models even walked down the runway wearing headpieces made from roses. Part of the lineup, this T-shirt is trimmed with petal-like ruffles at the sleeves. It's cut from black cotton-jersey that's veiled in organza along the front and has a slightly loose fit.
