Paper London's Spring '16 collection is inspired by Nouveau réalisme artist Yves Klein, who dedicated a whole exhibition to the color blue. Cut from lustrous cobalt satin-twill with a touch of silk, this halterneck dress has a playful trapeze shape that's accentuated by the flounce hem. Echo the brand's styling by pairing it with sneakers.
