Richard Quinn is the inaugural winner of the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design, and his Fall ‘18 show was the first that Her Majesty has personally attended, sitting front row next to Anna Wintour. A graduate of Central Saint Martins, the London-based ready-to-wear designer founded his eponymous label in 2016 while simultaneously opening a studio for print development – he uses state-of-the-art technology to create the brand’s exuberant, acid-hued patterns there.
