Ilia's tinted balm deeply nourishes lips while coating them in a sheer wash of color. The key ingredient is Salicornia Herbacea Extract, a sea-derived plant that plumps skin with moisture for a soft feel. It's also blended with Rosehip, Avocado and Jojoba Seed oils for an extra boost of hydration.
