Monique Lhuillier's glamorous gown is made from tulle that's covered in scores of sequins, paillettes and beaded fringe that sparkle and move as you walk. Meant to look like a style Italian socialite Marella Agnelli would have worn in the '70s, it's cut for a slim fit and has a loose overlay that drapes over the shoulders. Wear it with minimal jewelry and embellished sandals.
