Amy Powney is inspired by classic films Picnic at Hanging Rock, The Virgin Suicides, and The Magdalene Sisters for Mother of Pearl's Spring '17 collection. Tempered by an opaque crepe underlay, this sheer skirt is cut from ruffled tulle and decorated with black and plum crystals along the waistband. Try yours with a tonal sweater or T-shirt.
