


Our Rewards Program
NET‑A‑PORTER Rewards is our dedicated loyalty program that offers you access to a host of exclusive benefits, including Personal Shopper services, regular discounts and offers, complimentary express shipping and much more. Each tier is based on your yearly spend, with every item you buy counting towards your journey in becoming one of our most valued EIP customers, otherwise known as an Extremely Important Person.
How does it work?
1. Shop at NET-A-PORTER
Your tier is determined by how much you spend on your NET‑A‑PORTER account over a 12-month period, and every purchase you make takes you a step closer to becoming an EIP.
2. Track your progress
You will automatically be enrolled into Silver tier when you spend €3,000, and will be upgraded to the next tier once your spend meets the next threshold. Keep track of your progress on your NET‑A‑PORTER Rewards hub.
3. Unlock even more rewards
The more you shop, the more exclusive benefits you'll receive, from early access to sales and the latest brand collaboration and launches, to priority customer service and your own Personal Shopper.

Meet our Personal Shoppers
When you reach EIP status, you will be assigned a dedicated Personal Shopper to assist you with anything you might need, from a simple size or for query to sourcing hard-to-find items. Your Personal Shopper will also get in touch to invite you to private sales and exclusive events.Â

What is NET-A-PORTER Rewards?
Rewards is our loyalty programme, where every item you buy takes you a step closer to unlocking exciting new rewards. Provided you meet the basic threshold for the programme, we will place you in one of our four tiers based on your annual spend: Silver (€3,000 - €5,999.99), Gold (€6,000 - €8,999.99), Platinum (€9,000 - €11,999.99) or EIP (€12,000  +). If you are placed in the EIP tier you will be contacted separately by a member of the Personal Shopping team who will provide you with more detail about the EIP programme and the accompanying rewards.
How and when do I receive my rewards?
Your possible rewards are displayed in your Loyalty Hub, which you can find in your NET‑A‑PORTER account, or make sure you're subscribed to our push and email notifications, so you don't miss some of the time-sensitive rewards. You can check and update your communication preferences in your NET‑A‑PORTER account.
How long do I have my current Rewards tier status for?
Unless you're upgraded to a new tier, you'll stay in your tier for 12 months.
Then, if you have met the spend threshold for your tier during the previous 12 months, your rewards will be extended for a further 12 months. If you have exceeded the spend threshold for the tier you’re currently in during the previous 12 months, we'll upgrade you to the next tier. We’ll send you an email to let you know if you’re being upgraded to a new tier.
