Marla Aaron's signature pendants are modeled on a traditional carabiner - the designer has created over 500 iterations to date, including the 14-karat gold heart-shaped one on this necklace. Handmade in the brand's NYC studio, it's strung with malachite beads and has a dusting of tiny, twinkling diamonds across the twist-lock.
