Norma Kamali's tulle gown is embroidered with lifelike feathers that appear as though they're floating. It has a shirt-style design with an opaque collar and cuffs and comes with a D-ring belt to cinch in the slightly loose fit. Underpin yours with a bodysuit or matching lingerie set.
