It's blended with Vitamin E as well as moisturizing Castor Oil and Squalane, so the serum-like blend glides on your eyelid without slipping or snagging.

Instructions for use:
- Glide along the lash line or water line to define the eye
- For a softer look, smudge using a thin-tipped brush
