Salvatore Ferragamo has retooled its iconic 'Vara' shoes into these 'Viva' pumps. Crafted from supple tan leather in the label's Italian atelier, they're topped with the brand's signature bow, which has been blown up to three times the original size. The teardrop-shaped heel is believed to be inspired by artist Richard Serra's striking works.
