Michael Halpern looks to the '70s for Pre-Fall '22 inspiration – the designer has snapshots of his mother's chunky bangles and oversized shirting pinned to his mood boards. Part of the lineup, this mini dress is cut from cotton-poplin in a voluminous silhouette with ties at the cuffs and waist. It's patterned with playful polka-dots.
