Hourglass' 'Nº 10' brush is our favorite tool for creating the perfect smokey eye. Set on a weighted metal handle for control, it has soft Taklon bristles that make for effortless, smooth blending. The angled shape is helpful for lining lower lashes or filling in your brows.

- Dab the brush into liquid or powder until the desired amount of pigment is deposited
- If using powder, tap the brush on its side to remove any excess pigment
- Use brush to smudge shadow or liner for a sultry look
