A third-generation tailor, Cynthia Merhej remembers watching her mother carefully fit and drape clothing on her clients. Seeing this meticulous process first-hand led her to launch her Lebanese label, Renaissance Renaissance. The collections are inspired by a rich history of couture and defined by voluminous proportions, corset-style detailing and flouncy ruffles.
