- For cool treatment, unscrew the ring from the base and place the massaging orb in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes
- Secure the orb back into the base and roll across the desired area, applying gentle pressure
- For warm treatment, unscrew the ring from the base and place the massaging orb in water for 30-60 minutes

- Do not freeze or microwave
