Spotted on the runway in black, we loved 3.1 Phillip Lim's cold-shoulder top so much that we asked for it in white, too. Made from crisp cotton-poplin, this piece has a puffed bubble hem and cutout back. It can be worn with or without the straps – ideal for preventing tan lines on holiday. The cropped silhouette will complement high-rise jeans or pants perfectly.
