Alice + Olivia's 'Harmony' dress combines elements of the '80s and '90s while still feeling so modern. Cut on the bias from satin-twill, it's printed with leopard spots intercepted by strips of light-brown voile. The slip silhouette has a subtly draped cowl neckline and falls to an asymmetric hem with a front slit. Wear it with strappy sandals and gold hoops.
