Polka-dots are a Dolce & Gabbana signature. Cut from soft silk-charmeuse with a touch of stretch, this skirt has an elasticated waistband that hugs the slimmest part of your body and falls to just below the knee. Accentuate the swishy ruffled hem with bare legs and heels.
