Make-up artist Troy Surratt takes glossy lids to a whole new level with his collection of butter-soft lacquers. This moisturizing formula is unlike most of its kind, with a smooth texture that won't get sticky, tacky or melt after a few hours. Translated as 'wheat' in Japanese, 'Komugi' swipes on as a gleaming taupe hue that turns to a more intense brown color when layered.
