Tibi's mules are made from metallic navy leather that's crinkled to catch the light all the more brightly. This 'Frank' pair is set on chic kitten heels and has V-cut vamps that look so flattering on the foot. We like them styled with an evening dress, but they'll look just as cool with denim, too.
