Tibi's Pre-Fall '16 collection is inspired by the clothes designer Amy Smilovic and her team felt were missing from their closets. Feminine but not overtly so, this star-print silk dress has an asymmetric ruffled hem and subtle cutout at the waist. It works just as well with loafers as it does with heels.
