NET-A-PORTER and Missoni celebrated the launch of the exclusive capsule collection with a stylish alpine escape to the Dolomites – here’s the who, what and wear of the 48-hour event
There’s something undeniably magical about a trip to the mountains. This week, Missoni and NET-A-PORTER took holiday-season style to new heights, inviting a group of incredibly chic women to the Dolomites for an alpine escape that combined wellness, culture and mountain-peak parties to celebrate the exclusive capsule collection. From high-altitude dining to a private museum tour, the two-day event was celebrated in true Missoni fashion – think relaxed glamour and plenty of chevron knits.

The who
NET-A-PORTER CEO Heather Kaminetsky and Missoni’s creative director Alberto Caliri hosted actors Esmé Creed-Miles and Priyanka Kedia, artist Ava Phillippe, DJ and model Maddi Waterhouse and content creators Cristina Cheni, Izzi Allain, Charlotte-Rose Smith and Vittoria de Carlo for the top-of-the-world celebration.

The what
The 48-hour experience kicked off with a welcome dinner at Castel Badia, an 11th-century castle and former Benedictine monastery in San Lorenzo di Sebato. Guests gathered beneath the boutique hotel’s vaulted ceilings and amid its exposed woodwork, where centuries of South Tyrolean heritage is preserved, before retiring to their suites for the evening.
A guided breathwork and yoga class set the tone for the following day, which was centered around wellness, culture and the spectacular surrounding peaks. Guests enjoyed a lunch with a view at AlpiNN, a mountaintop restaurant by chef Norbert Niederkofler, whose culinary philosophy reimagines traditional alpine cuisine through a modern lens. This was followed by a private tour of MMM Corones, a museum dedicated to mountaineering. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the site offered a breathtaking vantage point to take in the scenery.
The trip concluded with a mountain-peak party, with everyone dressed up in the exclusive Missoni capsule. Maddi Waterhouse DJed into the early hours, while everyone danced and the outfits dazzled.

Throughout the trip, guests styled their favorite Missoni looks, but the final night was really dedicated to the exclusive capsule. The brand’s iconic chevron knits have been given an event-ready update just in time for the holiday season, enlivened by metallic threads and sparkling sequins.
Cristina Cheni and Izzi Allain found their perfect party dresses in Missoni’s one-shoulder maxi and V-neck mini, respectively, styling them with statement jewelry and high heels. Elsewhere, Sense and Sensibility star Esmé Creed-Miles kept things refined yet relaxed in the capsule’s shirt and a pair of wide-leg tailored pants.
