Maria Tash's earring is cast in the shape of a delicate lotus flower, inspired by the designer's love for Indian and Pakistani styles. It's made from 18-karat gold and set with 0.48-carats of diamonds, one of which swings from a delicate hoop, while a dainty chain circles the lobe. Stack it with other hoops and studs.
