Eternity rings are distinguished by a continuous line of diamonds circling the band, said to symbolize everlasting love. Anita Ko has added two larger pear-shaped stones to her elegant 'Princess' style, which is cast from gleaming 18-karat gold. It's traditionally worn on the fourth finger of your left hand as it contains the 'vein of love' that connects directly to the heart, but we say wear it wherever feels most comfortable.
