The US Department of Transportation does not allow pressurized or flammable items to be shipped by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products must be delivered via our Ground option or our NET-A-PORTER Premier service (available in New York and selected locations in Westchester and Bergen County, New Jersey).
Due to these restrictions, these items cannot be sent to international shipping addresses at this time. In the meantime, we suggest that you select a different shipping destination within the US. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team at +1 877 6789 NAP (627) to help you choose some other items you might like.

Shipments to Gaza

Shipping restrictions on jewelry deliveries to Russia
Please note, we are currently unable to dispatch orders containing jewelry to Russia.
In order to receive your jewelry purchases, we suggest that you arrange for your shipment to be delivered outside of the Russian Federation.
Delivery to Brazil
Purchases shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica - CPF) in order to clear customs. To speed up the process and avoid any possible delays, please have this information available when our shipping partner, DHL contacts you.
Canadian delivery costs
Due to a 4% General Rate Increase (GRI), shipping charges to Canada have now risen and may be subject to change by our shipping partner.
We offer Free Ground Shipping on all US orders (including Hawaii and Alaska). When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase.
U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
We offer two methods of shipment for orders dispatched via UPS.
You can choose to sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. This option is best for customers who prefer the security of a signed delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, UPS will leave a re-delivery slip.
Alternatively, you may prefer to waive the signature requirement and UPS will leave your shipment outside of the premises for your convenience. Please note, orders containing items of high value may still require a signature, even if you did not select to sign for your order on arrival. We realize this may be inconvenient but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.
When placing an order, the signature requirement is set by default; however, you can update your preference on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
INTERNATIONAL & PREMIER ORDERS
A signature is required for all international packages delivered by DHL. We also require a signature at the time of delivery for our same-day service, NET-A-PORTER Premier.
NET-A-PORTER insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York and New Jersey. NET-A-PORTER is not required to and does not collect sales or use tax in any other states, however your purchase may be subject to local use tax unless it is exempt from taxation. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by NET-A-PORTER and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.
Outside the USA, most destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected (such as Bermuda or Mexico), product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order.
