Editors’ Notes
Etro's maxi dress is printed with the label's signature paisley swirls placed to resemble romantic flowers. Cut from silk-crepon, it has a low V-neckline and is lightly pleated and gathered at the waist. The sheer, billowing sleeves are tempered by elasticated cuffs.
