At first glance - especially when displayed on a vanity - you'd think Judith Leiber Couture's pill box was a work of art. Made from silver-tone metal, it's carefully embellished with scores of sparkling crystals. The front is painted with an arrow and the word 'up', while the back features the opposite - the balance nods to its namesake 'Equilibrium'.
