Nour Hammour's 'Dakota' coat is easy to transform - just remove the fluffy shearling collar to turn it into a classic trench. Cut for a slightly loose fit, it has wide notch lapels and a belt to cinch your waist. The chrome-free leather is butter-soft and will only improve with age.
